Online Access Agreement

Program Length: 12 Month Access

To receive a Certificate of Completion, registrants are required to complete all required videos, document reviews, lectures, quizzes, and exams, for a total of 55 clock hours and pay tuition in full.
The total time allotted to complete the online curriculum is twelve (12) months from the time of enrollment/payment. NO EXTENSIONS will be given beyond the twelve (12) month access from your enrollment/payment date. Please note: the course is designed to be completed in three (3) months, allowing ample time for completion.

Access will be granted so long as monthly payments are successfully being processed. Once payment has been cancelled or has failed to process, access will be immediately revoked. Access will be granted once account is brought current, however, access will be limited to the twelve (12) months from the original date of enrollment/payment.

Externship training (hands-on)

90 Day Dental Assisting recognizes the importance of hands-on training as a companion to the online coursework and textbook curriculum. It is highly recommended that you complete at least 40 hours of hands-on training (externship) with a local dental office.

In some states, the RHS exam, administered by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) is required for dental assistants to be able to take x-rays within a dental office.
It is our experience that dental assistants have a higher chance of landing employment after they have passed the exam.
We encourage you to pay special attention to the RHS exam prep materials and, when feeling confident in the content, sign up for and pass the RHS exam where it is administered near you.
RHS Exam Rebate - those who pass the RHS exam are eligible for a $25 rebate. Please send a picture of yourself with the RHS certificate to information@mydentalschool.com to receive the rebate.

The Dental Assistant National Board (DANB) provides examinations for those who wish to become certified dental assistants. We encourage those interested in becoming a certified dental assistant (CDA) to explore DANB's website and complete the requirements to become a CDA.
- Most states do not require the CDA as a condition of employment. Please familiarize yourself with your state's requirements to determine if pursuing a CDA is required or of interest to you.

Coronal polishing is another certificate that can increase your ability to gain employment. DANB provides information and examinations in order to be certified. We encourage you to evaluate the cost and benefit of this additional certification.

Expanded function dental assisting certification allows dental assistants to perform a wider range of dental procedures. Please refer to your state's requirement to become certified. DANB has much of the requirements listed online. Expanded function dental assistants are very valuable and can make a significantly higher wage than those without.

90 Day Dental Assisting does not accept credit for previous education, training, work experience (experimental learning), or CLEP.
90 Day Dental Assisting does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon program/course completion.
90 Day Dental Assisting reserves the right to discontinue the registrant's training for unsatisfactory progress, nonpayment of fee.
90 Day Dental Assisting does not guarantee the transferability of credits to a college, university or institution. Any decision on the comparability, appropriateness, and applicability of credits and whether they should be accepted is the decision of the receiving institution.
This document does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted in writing by all parties.

I understand that 90 Day Dental Assisting may terminate my access if I fail to comply with the financial requirement. I understand that my financial obligation to 90 Day Dental Assisting must be paid in full before a certificate may be awarded.
I also understand that this institution does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon program/course completion.
I have read and understand this agreement. It is further understood and agreed that this agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous verbal or written agreements and may not be modified without the written agreement of the registrant and 90 Day Dental Assisting Official. I also understand that if I default upon this agreement I will be responsible for payment of any collection fees or attorney fees incurred by National Education Institutes, LLC dba 90 Day Dental Assisting. Checking this box signifies that I have read and understand all aspects of this agreement and do recognize my legal responsibilities in regard to this contract.
